Strength
Dedicated faculty members having attribute of quality
leadership with the hope of achieving departmental goals and
visions. Its strength also lies in its provision of open space for
students to incorporate their innovations and also in provision of

and helping students to get out of difficulties and stressful
adolescent life through its self-initiated counselling centre.
Department’s main strength is its students who are not only
intelligent, creative but also hard working to represent the
department in several social and educational events at district and
state level.
Weakness
we know the acknowledgement of our weakness is the
first step in repairing our loss. So we admit our weaknesses such as-
Limited human resources (both teaching and non-teaching
staffs)
Slow and outdated technology (used as educational aids)
Poor laboratory facilities (non-availability of fully equipped
laboratories for practical and research work)
Opportunities:
Looking at the ever-growing demands and social
relevance of psychology, students have numerous opportunities to
spot and explore. They can be Nursery teacher-trainers, Clinical
psychologists, Counsellors, Behavioural researchers, Professors,
Front-office managers, Human-resource managers and above all
good social workers, once they are trained in psychology.
Challenges
The challenges putting stones in the path of achieving
our departmental goals are: -
Pressure of completing courses within the time limit.
Decreased performance level due to overburdening.
Absence of facilities necessary for focusing the psycho-social
development of a child.replica rolex box
