Kamala Nehru Women’s College is one of the premier educational institution of the state of Odisha, on the Verge of completing nearly four decades.
The founders of the college, with the able guidance of Late Dhiren Patnaik, a renowned social worker started its mission imparting Higher Education to women of the state of Odisha named “Bhubaneswar Women’s College after it is renamed as Kamala Nehru women’s College in the year 1986. The institution is proud to be named after such a personality and always tried to follow the foot step of that great lady. It is located over an area of nearly 3 acres of land in Unit-1. It is situated at a distance of 3 K.Ms from Bhubaneswar railway station and 2. K.Ms from Biju Patnaik International airport. It was an affiliated College of Utkal University till 2015 since 2015-16 It is affiliated to Ramadevi Women’s University. In 2003 the College is affiliated to University Grants Commission (UGC) under2f, 12(B) of UGC AC. The College was accredited with “B” grade having institutional score 71.64 in 2006 after an assessment by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC) an autonomous body of the University Grants Commission.

This booklet contains the history of the college, faculty position, admission process, course structure, fee structure, hostel rules and regulations, libarary rules, college discipline and different other activities like, N.S.S., U.G.C., Red Cross programmes etc. I am sure, this booklet would be of immense value in disseminating information to the aspiring students.
